Concerning Public Information Services in Palestine




The following communication, concerning public information services and facilities in Palestine, has been received from Mr. Fletcher-Cooke of the United Kingdom Delegation.

My dear Bunche,

May I refer to my letter of the 22nd March with which was enclosed in formation in answer to Question 8 of the questionnaire received from Monsieur de Medina relating to public information services and facilities is Palestine.

2. I have now received the following information in reply to Question 9, which reads as follows:

3. The replies are as follows:

(a) (i) All sound recording Palestine for Government Departments is put out on contract to private concerns.


(b) (i) The Public Information Office has a dark room complete with the following equipment: - Dark Room Equipment (c) The Public Information Office has two loud-speakers attached to its mobile cinema equipment.
