Today, on July 10, 2014, the opening ceremony of the grant contract of the project for "Reconstructing the Vocational Training Building in the Star Mountain Rehabilitation Center" was held in the Star Mountain Rehabilitation Center in Ramallah.

The ceremony was opened by Mr. Junya Matsuura, Ambassador for the Palestinian Affairs/ Representative of Japan to the PA, and Ms. Ghada Naser, Director of star Mountain Rehabilitation Center. The amount of the project funded by the Government of Japan through the Japan's Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects(GGP) is $ 123,065.
